  • Chichester Community Fencing is a new fencing club encouraging people to take part in the exciting sport of fencing. It is currently visiting local schools to promote fencing through the ‘mini-fence’ initiative.
  • Whilst designing this website we had to bear in mind that the site would be controlled by a group of people, all responsible for a different aspect of the club. The ease in which the editing can be taught and learnt was therefore top priority whilst also creating a fantastic-looking site.
  • This site is enhanced by the use of randomly generated opaque fencing backgrounds via a client controlled gallery. An RSS feed keeps the site up-to-date with the latest developments in the world of fencing. A timeline displaying the history of fencing is also streamed into the website.
  • Along with loads of information about fencing, coaching, club membership and more, the site also boasts a forum.
  • As with all of our websites, the emphasis is on accessibility with 3 different versions of the text: small, large and easy-read. The way in which the website has been designed also caters for a variety of different viewing platforms, from mobile phones to plasma screen televisions.
