- When you are developing a website for a Parish Council, it is important that the website can manage a lot of “date-based” information. Agendas, Minutes, Planning, AGMs and Special Notices are all examples of these
- The client must be able to upload new information regularly in a straightforward manner and trust the website to take care of how it is stored and can be accessed.
- It is equally important that such a site also needs lots of images of the area which the Parish Council represents and that these images change frequently, to keep the site feeling fresh, even though it can contain several years’ worth of data.
- This website was one of two such sites that we have developed with this criteria in mind and it has become a model for several other sites we have done.
- We have included a calendar to aid the visitor in getting relevant information quickly.
- The client has the ability to modify any part of the website at any time, even the more “traditionally” static pages
