E-Commerce Problems
We are finding it a constant struggle to find, write and/or adapt existing e-commerce solutions that are fully accessible. We are committed to finding new and innovative ways to combat the problem of predominantly inaccessible e-commerce solutions. We have recently made some significant breakthroughs in accessible shopping carts but it is (as usual) the third-party suppliers of secure checkout and payment utilities (including banks) that remain largely problematic.
We are committed to finding and adopting fully accessible shopping solutions that facilitates all people with a disability.
In the meantime, we try and offer as many alternatives as our clients are able to utilise - such as; telephone, mincom or text-phone ordering and good ol’ fashion postal ordering!
